Help with problem please!

i have a 1999 S3,

Been having weird trouble with my car. the hazards have been coming on with the interior lights and also sometimes the car cuts out and wont start.

got the codes 4661 and 4066. 4066 is airflow meter, so wont worry about that.. BUT 4661 says it is a crash switch!!! could it be that it is faulty, sticking the hazards on and killing the engine??

Yes - that's exactly what the crash switch should do!

THANK GOD.... finally found the problem... any ideas where it is... and ive also been told its reset-able??? is that he case... although it would seem mine has a problem as it only goes off when its hot rather than a loose wire/tripped etc?
