Well new here but look forward to sharing information (if I have any)
Bought this about a month ago and love it - never in my life did I think I could own one of these.
Ran a Audi TT 240 for about three years but sold it and bought a Range Rover Sport, good car but it never inspered me.

Welcome and very nice. I don't normally like R8's but that blue and black combo looks cool.

IMHO the dark blue with the black wheels is the 100% best combo for an R8.
I have half an eye out for a V10+ coupe or a Spyder with an S-tronic and that colour combo for myself - it's sweet!

Thank you all for that, it had silver wheels when I went to see it but looked naff, black was the way to go for me.

Well the R8 had to go to make room for this
It the Limited Edition with lots and lots of carbon

should have gone V10
that is just a parts bin special to clear stock before the Facelift was released

Well actually I did. I actually did go to the shop for milk and saw the Mrs coming off the bus by the shop and I took her home.
