R8 V10 rear Bumper - is it painted?

Hi,
I would like to make my V8 look like the V10 at the rear with the piano black number plate surround. I have been told it's just painted - does anyone know? I thought it was a plastic part but it appears not? Can I just get my V8 bumper painted that way???? Help!

Hi Baker,
Afraid it's not painted - just a high gloss piece of plastic. Don't know if you could fit a V10 spare to a V8 but it would be a pricey deal if you could. It's one piece encompassing the fins under the rear lights, which are also glossy black.

Could easily paint or wrap part of the V8 bumper to get the same effect.

I'm going to consider doing a full GT conversion once parts are more freely available though Audi etc...

Bumpers incl. exhaust tips, winglets, skirts, rear wing, blades and rear lights.

Mega bucks I know but this is a keeper.
