Scottish Meet sunday 25th March

There's an Audi SRS meet at the Crieff Visitor Centre on the 25th March. A few of us went along to this last year (it was at The Famous Grouse) and it was a good day with a fantastic turnout of cars, about 50 I think. There were several original Quattros, lots of B5 RS4's, S4's, S2's etc etc. Lets try and get a good show of B7 RS4's there. If somebody in Aberdeen (Pie?) wants to co-ordinate a convoy I will meet you at Forfar at usual place. The 'event' kicks off at 1000 so it would be good to get there pretty sharpish to get decent parking slots. Perhaps leave Aberdeen 0815, meet Forfar 0900, arrive Crieff 1000.

If we start a list here I'll speak to the organiser to make sure there's space reserved for us.

Sounds good to me, could do with another free detail in the summer!

Suggest the usual Asda @ Garthdee then just fire down the A90.
Car was off the road last year getting its wheels refurbed and front bumper painted so would be nice to turn up in my own car this time.

I might be able to make this, depending on flights. Meant to get back on the last flight the day before, lol.

Dunno what car I will be taking either? So wont put my name down just yet. Will be joining at Forfar too though if I make it, so that'll be at 0900 then.

As i'll be coming from Banchory way, I really fancy a good run over the cairnmount road. Went over it the other day in the family wagon and thought it would be great for the RS, great spot for photos on the south side too. So if anyone fancies coming out this way to meet up first, before meeting at forfar, then give me a shout!

For those coming from Aberdeen, meet at Asda Garthdee 0800 for an 0815 departure.

We can grab a quick breakfast at Forfar McD's before heading over to Crieff.

Im 95% coming as well and might have a red S3 meeting us there coming from Kirrie. What is the planned route from Forfar? Forfar/Perth road is boring IMO.

In case anyone forgets, the Clock's go FORWARD on Saturday night, so 1 hour less in bed before you set off.

If you are going, the organisers would appreciate you going on to http://www.crieffaudimeet.co.uk/
select the Blog and leave a message saying what Audi you're bringing. It'll help them with parking arrangements.

Thanks!
