Spacers fitted - OMG, what a difference 10mm makes!

Post by AdrianD » Sat Jan 07, 2012 6:36 pm

Fitted the essential spacers mod to my RS4 today and wow, I can believe what a difference 10mm makes! For those that are yet to do this don't wait any longer lol, the arches are now full, it really enhances the car's stance, especially with the SS+. While the wheels were off i also took the opportunity to clean and wax the inside of the alloys. I even waxed the front brake calipers lol...
Yay, one happy chappy :)

I was tempted to try the 12mm spacers on the rear but was really worried about rubbing so chickened out going for the well tested 10mm on the rear and have no rubbing issues at all. Now fitted the 10mm spacers i have to say they are perfect, as it should have come from the factory IMO...

Not sure if i should mention prices but the best price was from Virdee Autos, one of this forums sponsers. I called and PM'd him a few times about them, a top guy and fab service :). If he's happy to disclose his pricing then i'm sure he'll drop in and update this thread :)
