Look how far the exhaust has gone back out from the bumper, gives an indication of how far the engine has gone back.

Not many 20 year olds driving an RS4, dad's car maybe! Difficult time for the family, but unless the lad was a professional driver, it's unlikely he had enough experience for a 400bhp car.

I've not seen a car mashed that badly in some time, that was some speed they were doing but unfortunate nonetheless.

Quite a sobering picture as its the same colour as mine. Must have been going at some speed and unfortunately even an RS can't do much about the laws of physics.
RIP.

He was a captain. The road is quite bumpy and a lot of adverse cambers also deer go across very often. you dont see them until the last second because of the trees.

A Captain at 20? Something doesn't add up. Shitty waste of life either way.

very very sad new.
I've driven that road a fair few times and as Terry says there's a load of wildlife around that that just runs across the road with no warning...
