audi Camberley or MRC?

I need to sort the leaking rad issue, but also wouldn't mind having my car checked by some proper lads (rather than the jokers @ Walton audi), so I called both MRC and Camberley
MRC can book me earliest on the 2nd of July, and Camberley told me Rob will be away for a good couple of weeks..

for me it's half the journey to go to Camberley (45 mins versus 1.5h) plus they offer me a courtesy car.
now where would you go? I gather Camberley won't be able to run my rs4 on a dyno?
but would they still be able to check if I have an issue with flaps, air intake etc etc? :blackrs4:

For me, any servicing I use dealer, as I have a good relationship with mine.

Any mechanical work (such as your auxiliar rads) I would use a indie such as MRC.

If you want to service your in between services, such as every 5k then again use Indie/MRC.

This will keep you in line with the Audi work schedule.

I use both.

Camberley dont have a rollin road unless they have a working relationship with Surrey rolling road...

Nothing so far. I just want it fixed and it could potentially be quite an issue if the leak is serious and I drive with low coolant level. Anyway I'll top up and check again

I've agreed to drop my car this Sat at MRC. kudos to Dave for his flexibility.
we'll do health check, dyno and take it from there... will change the filter too

I am so frustrated I cannot ask them to do a remap... I still haven't found a decent alternative to my insurance that doesn't cost me at least 500/600£ more per year

If remaped, it'd still probably make under the specified output... most insurers add premuims to gains over stock power, in your case this would be NIL. In fact, anything under stock power and you should get a rebate. Job done.
