I've just picked up my Audi RS4 which is in excellent condition however there are a few little things that i need to do.
Can anyone tell me the best option for worn leather seats, they are not really bad but i want to get them back to the best they can be.
Do i need to look at new covers or can a specialist get a really good result?
Any help greatly appreciated!

If you do a search in this forum I got Furniture Clinic to restore mine and they did a good job. Have held up pretty well and maintained their matt finish and a fraction of the cost of replacing the coverings.

Gliptones liquid leather cleaner/nourisher is the best product ive found for cleaning and feeding,buckets are very prone to wear and creases and thats hard to remove/repair,ive seen some shocking looking seats on these cars that are for sale.Ultimately i think a new leather cover from audi is the only real way of a proper repair.Go easy with any cleaning products if its worn badly though,im mega carefull getting in and out of mine but still have small signs of wear! I think the leather is of poor quality to be honest

shocking really when my mate has a little Corsa VXR which is prob worth £8k or something now, 3 years old and he has very similar buckets and a) they are easy to get in and out, but still every bit as supportive, b) not a sign of wear AT ALL !!

The leather on the buckets is Valcona leather - which is hard wearing but can be brittle, which leaks to premature cracking.

The Recaro seats have Silk Nappa leather which is less hard wearing but softer and less brittle, which appears to be a better compromise.
