Is DRC covered under the used warranty?

Hi,

Is DRC covered by the 12months approved used warranty? I assume so...

Mine is, purchased mine last September from Maidstone Audi, they did mention the Audi goodwill 5 year - 75,000 mile one too.

Got some knocking and clunking going on front and rear and it has been booked in for next week. Only got the car Saturday from a main Audi dealer so if they try to wriggle out of it i'll be returning the car under the 30 day replacement scheme.

Yes it should be although when I had mine replaced in January, Mondial tried to wriggle out of part of the claim. However, once I called them directly, they backed down and all parts and labour were foc. You shouldn't need to use the Audi 5-year promise.

Funny how the DRC should fail so soon after purchasing from a main dealer. You going to name and shame? If I were you, take it to Camberley for the warranty work and they might spot other faults which your stealer "missed".

To be fair i'll give them a chance to fix things otherwise i'll name and shame.
Other faults include parking sensors and no radio reception

That's really not good enough. I'd be furious. We pay a premium at the main dealers and you kind of hope that you get something for the extra cash. However, each time I go to an Audi dealer I get more disappointed with their service. Such a shame because they do make (some) great cars.

To be honest - it was a good deal and it has had 4 new tyres and all new discs and pads + the general condition is excellent.
