Also. Wouldn't buy from a dealer that has no fixed premises (seemingly)... and will only allow viewing via appointment only.

if you are selling high risk cars and working on your own, the last thing you want is someone turning up out of the blue and demanding a test drive. Doesn't mean you are dodgy. No fixed premises is another storyand will only allow viewing via appointment only.
