Another option in development for the RS4.

Interesting to be fair I can’t work it out. Is it a single screw? Looks like a turbo. What is the spec?

It does not look attractive as the PES.

It is a rotrex charger - a centrifugal type - looks like half a turbo.

The aim is for 600.

That is the unaddonised/coated development one.

It has really efficent laminova coolers in it.

what sort of price ? supply and fit !

will it be as stupidly priced like the other ones? if so theres no point making it really, i know of 1 person with a charged RS4.

Please, please, please stop posting things like this! I came from a supercharged civic type r to the RS4 and would love one on the RS but apart from the prohibitive cost her who has to be obeyed would kill me!!

Good choice for the V8 - I doubt any modification is required to the internals as little/no boost at low rpm.

it looks great if you guys pop over to the a5 owners club forum theres a thread on the build process from start to finish! its been well designed ! i'm aiming for 600ps also hopefully know shortly if i'll get near it then theres the nos i'll use at the top end of the rev range ! check out the thread might give you interested guys more of an insight into the kit

Kit in first pic might be for a s5 , not for the rs4. The rs4 has an internally balanced crank and therefore a separately balanced crank pulley .

do we have a price for this kit yet would be very interested as long as it didn't cost the same as the car to get it?

I heard around 8-10k sterling then labour I imagine that will include the remap etc also well priced for very massive gains! Just go on www.a5oc.com forums list s5 mods then you'll see tts/rotrex supercharger thread it's good reading from start to finish

correct - the rs4 crank pulley is away getting machined now though.

The kit should do around 10psi at high revs and hopefully with efficient intake temps will do nice numbers. The M112 kits will give more torque low down - supposedly - but until they are on the car we won;t know for sure.
