Suppose putting the bike back up when its covered in mud is a pain.

Nice DH bike, where do you ride it?

I have to admit putting up a dirty bike is abit of a nightmare as I found out this weekend but then again less hassle than taking the bike apart and putting it in the boot.
I always end up going to the jet wash straight after a ride anyway...
As for riding, I pretty much live in central london so local options are non existant...however, in the southeast, we regular head down Aston Hill,Chicksands and Porc
Forest of Dean would be the next option, then we are talking Wales, Scotland and then France/Swiss

I use the 591's on the A3 run-around although the great thing about a run-around is you don't care so the bike often just gets dumped in the back.
Afan is my local so if you want a RS246/MTB bash there let me know!
Cwmcarn is just as close though with Brechfa and Cwm Rhaeadr a little further.
I just got my registration in for the 2011 Passportes (
http://www.passportesdusoleil.com/index.jsp?c=66004)...although I've got a stress fractured tibia at the moment. Hoping it'll be better by then.

Small world, I used to race at Aston quite a bit and have also been to PORC a few times. I stopped DH a while ago on the orders of my missus after a particularly nasty injury at Aston Hill. I hope to start it up again this summer though........

Haha, I've only got an XC bike at the moment so I don't fancy the black run too much, it was the first bomb hole where my incident occurred! I will never go near Aston in the wet again, I fell off at 5 mph and slid over a broken flint and basically unzipped the skin all the way up my thigh. Of all the times I've lost it on the road jump etc I hurt myself at 5mph!

Wanna know something interesting.
I was looking for some bars for my B5 and ended up buying some Whispbars like yours. But in my searches I revealed some copies on eBay, and if you look down to the bottom, do you recognise some of those pictures?

I thought that looked like an RS4
