Wonder what standard the conversion has been done too?

It is good to know where all our stolen RS4's end up ! It does look a good job from the photos, in fact I would say it is more likely a ringer than a conversion as would need to relocate battery, goodness knows about the wiring, electronics etc.

Would not touch it. Log book say 3.0litre and is insured as a 3.0litre. You crash it and they will not pay out due to mods. Looks the part but i wonder how it drives.

Sad but probably true.
"Professionally painted" apart from the lower door mouldings.
Not economical to do these conversions with new parts is it?
And even used parts will be dear if well damaged salvage is well over £10k (as posted last week, SB saloon)
I hope the powers that be at least take an interest, if it's legitimate then nice work!

I dont believe for one second that car is a conversation, that is a real RS4. Only thing that missing is the Logbook.

The more I think about it the less likely a conversion seems to me, there is just too much to change & if the reg is a 3.0 litre that must be all the driveshafts, diffs, brakes, ABS, ESP, etc. etc. etc. + the economics of throwing away all the 3.0 stuff, makes it not add up to me, I guess the boonet would be a bit of a give away as why would you change that for ally ?

way i look at it, you get what you pay for.

if its a 3.0 TDI conversion, then its never going to be as good as an RS4.

if its a chop shop job of different bits of various RS4s all put together, its still not an RS4 I'd want to own or drive!!

looking at the description it look and reads like total bullshit to me (eg. 4.2 V8 6-speed manual quicker than an RS4 approx 460 bhp... how have they proved its quicker / got that BHP / what mods used on engine to get that power!, registered as A4 3.0 quattro so cheaper insurance, £20,000 parts fitted to it and they are wanting £14,500 for it, so that means the original car must have been worth a lot then! what a joke!)

i bet audi wouldnt even service that thing as its been so modified they wouldnt wanna touch it

I'd love to know if it has DRC

"Someone has very kindly scratched the car down the passenger side - Both doors and front wing. I have tried to show it in the pics" - I think that's a case of what goes around comes around :)

Way to close to a RS4 - would defo give it a wide berth and any owner should check engine / chassis numbers very closely.
