Annoying stuff on our cars??

Post by RS6chris! » Mon Jan 03, 2011 6:00 pm

I love my car as much as the next man on this forum...HOWEVER...the littlest things annoy me...Things that Audi could have got a little better maybe?

I,l start with the centre armrest...creaky and cheap!!

Anyone got anything else that grinds them on a daily basis???

The factory fit brick holder stuck out of my otherwise elegant dash.

Bluetooth should have been standard on any top end 56 plate car. I suppose an attached brick could be handy to put under a wheel if the handbrake fails.

PS Every passenger feels the need to point it out to me.

Possibly two gaping holes in the dash would be better.

Attack brick holder sounds good. I need to use it for something. Yet another aggressive and masculine feature of the car.

most annoying, wearing bucket seat bolsters

second, lack of AUX in t plug in an ipod or iphone - ridiculous

third, brick holder on dash

lastly, lack of full postcode GPS

luckily, the looks, performance, driveability and noise make up for most of it

Did I read somewhere that you could upgrade the Sat Nav for full post code search?

Agree with lack of full postcode on sat nav, also loss of avoid areas (the RNS-D had it so why doesn't the RNS-E) and inability to add your own POIs (like speed cameras, CAMRA good pub list, etc.).

Would have liked full keyless entry/start instead of the start button and key.

BTW Aux In can easily be added using Audi parts.

full postcode is owned by royal mail and they wanted £££ from audi to add it, axillary in is cheap to add if you have access to vcds, the kits are on ebay for £10

My biggest gripe is that the start button is not a full keyless system
