Had the pioneer 9000BT touch screen sat nav fitted yesterday just thought I would you all know my verdict the unit is superb very easy to use sat nav systems very simple and hooking up my iPhone via bluetooth is also very straight forward and I can add all my contacts onto the unit also has an sd card slot. I had the iPod cable fitted also so I just hook up the iPod and it allows me to search through my albums artists etc! I would definitely recommend this to any of you great piece of kit

Yours didn't have the Audi Sat-Nav? (neither does mine...)
Pics would be good, I'll probably add a system at some point.

No Mate it only had Audi symphony head unit or something the one with the tape deck and built in multichanger! It was sound master Scotland in Barrhead who supplied and fitted it took around an hour to do

do the steering wheel controls work ?

If he's got the FBSW there are no steering wheel controls. Danny - do you get any background hiss with the volume low? I had a Kenwood 5240BT fitted in my Nissan 350z - which also had a Bose setup - and I had to use a line level adaptor box to get the output signals compatible with the Bose voltage levels. As a result there was always some low level background hiss. It was still a lot better than the original stereo though!

Had a look today mate and it displays the radio and cd info on dis as per but it doesn't display iPod or iPhone music info on dis so everything works as you'd expect. if you do go for the same unit as me make sure it has the latest uk firmware update as the 1st units suffered slow startup and a few other faults the firmware corrected all that
