Service history question?

Looking at an Rs4 saloon - registered in March 2007 and done 23k but according to audi has had only 1 service in june 2009 at 10k
Its on long life but should it not have had more services than this?

It should have been serviced at least in March 09. AVS calls for it but they are supposed to go no longer than 20k or two years. Most if not all will call sooner than two years. Its not the Sprint Blue at Huddersfield is it as that one had lapsed by about two months?

2 yrs is the max time between services so first service was due March 09 at the latest.

What are the implications of it only having one audi stamp according to Audi plans?

Its a tricky one this. If its Audi approved it will have a years warranty on. I personally have passed on two very low mileage cars and the Huddersfield car purely because of servicing. My reasoning is purely because come resale an enthusiast will ask the question. As time goes on as another member on here mentioned more and more stamps will appear so it will not be so important.
There could be a good reason, maybe it was SORN or a prereg car that stood in a showroom for a couple of months or just maybe the previous owner just forgot.

it was the sprint blue saloon with Silver interior. It had gone two months over but I was going to look at it prior to putting a deposit on the Avant I am buying. The guy was really nice. Preston have a saloon in that he tells me is immaculate, 34k miles and 1 owner. It has all the right options except flat bottom wheel but tbh it was nt really an issue as the flat bottoms are really form over function.
