New Daytona Grey Avant Detail Clean
New Daytona Grey Avant Detail Clean
Just brought a Daytona Grey avant. Already had the wheels off for detail clean 6 hours for all 4 including de-greasing and waxing. (Farecla products v.good) however sat nav has small scratches. I have read that Plastx is good but I am still nervous. Need some good advice.

6 hours on just the wheels!

I've used the AG Quick Glass on my SatNav screen and it comes up a treat. Hope that helps.

It's only had a quick clean since I got it! Probably need to get it detailed properly at some point as well methinks...

Money can't buy you love, but it can buy you a well sorted racecar

Sorry, I meant fast glass. Was rushing.
A friend of mine works for a smart repair company and he uses Farecla products. they do compounds etc. one of their products is called Gmatt flatting liquid and it's a mild abrasive. you apply it with a scourer.I know it sounds awful but after 4 years of grime the wheels were in a bad way. you slowly work the cream into the wheel using water as an adjutant. after about an hour and half on each wheel I then got the tar spots off with intensive tar remover from Autoglym. Finally two coats of wax for protection and an easier clean next time!
