I found trying to get my hands in to take out the drl bulbs was a complete 'mare, so much so that I didn't bother with the sidelight bulbs. What's the secret to getting at them?

Sidelight bulbs should be easy? They're very accessible.

I agree the really hard part is twisting the DRL holders to the position whereby they withdraw. No short cut that I'm aware of. Aside a lot of bad language and some elastoplast for the skin that you'll remove trying.

Found this to be a easyer option no resitors to fidle with and not a easy spot to say there not original bulbs when off

Perhaps I'm mistaken but I thought they were tucked away in the same compartment as the DRL's and they were such a bitch to get to I didn't try and do the sidelights as well. I've still got the bulbs and stuff to do them so what's the secret? How do you get to them?

Did you get any issues with the diagnostics thinking the bulbs are out since they seem to be a differen Wattage...hence the need for resistors in the other solutions?
