Hi,
I just want to know if someone did a dyno test.
I did one last tuesday and result is:
402 PS instead of the 420....does anybody has more or less the same reduction...or maybe more.
I have got 48'000km till now and I have been told that it's not a lot...some other PS will slowly come in the future...

Sounds like you have done a lot better than most who have had their cars dyno'ed.

that's an acceptable tolerance:
you have ~30k miles, has the intake valaves ever been cleaned?
was the PS number adjusted for temp/humid/etc?

Please post your graph! Sorry but I don't believe this. I don't mean to be sceptical but you will be the first RS4 I have heard of to make over 400 as standard.
Be interested to know what dyno and where this was??

Sure I will post the graph when I'll be back home tonight.
Dyno seems to be "HAMA" as it's printed on the sheet. This dyno is located at ABT center in Switzerland. ABT is well known as they are doing chip tuning and it's covered by the Audi warranty. That's only the third RS4 that they tested..the first one had "only" 365, the second 380 with around 12'000km each.
I forgot to mention that I have got a Milltek exhaust (valved with resonator), maybe it's bringing something...(or not
I never cleaned up valves or something else. it's stock excepted the exhaust.
To be honest I'm not often driven fast...not easy in Switzerland...after these tests, I noticed something strange...my car was really running better and faster...I guess that was a good idea to speed it a bit on this dyno...

So what does an average RS4 make??

370-390 seems to be about right for a healthy RS4
Sorry I've no grudge with you but I'm not convinced! ABT are, as you a say a very well known company. You are telling me that in just over 3 years of production they have only ever dyno'd 3 cars?? Hmmmmm.
I look forward to seeing the graph

yes they did only three....because not a lot of drivers are interested to do something like chip tuning...because this motor has no turbo (unfortunately) and cost a lot to have more PS. The only thing that they are able to do is to remove the speed limitation. All other changes will void the warranty as they said.
In switzerland we don't have some much companies approved from Audi...only ABT.
All others as Sportec, Digituning are not covered by Audi if any issues.
I will be happy if some other rs4 drivers did some tests but that was not the case.

IIRC in Switzerland that are legal restrictions on tuning cars too? So there is not a big market for tuning companies there.

for IIRC of course....not an Audi Warranty. Sure that these companies are given a warranty for their own work....but in case of issues you have to go back to them...and if you are using the usual Audi services...you will have problems as they will not take your car under warranty.
Switzerland is not a big market for sure...it's a small country you know

Here it is...sorry for the delay:

it actually looks like 404 PS...not bad, high temps and low atm pressure
it's a Maha dyno that actually calculates losses and adds them back in to arrive at crank HP
peak torque is 296 without corrction for temp/atm pressure, ~ 320 lb-ft with correction

Interesting that there doesn't seem to be a surge at 5500rpm, you sure it has not been remapped?

there is a small bump at 5500, but since the car is in 4th gear, isn't that less pronounced than in 3rd? iirc the flaps are only limited <5000 in 1, 2 & 3
if you look at the torque it rises from 5000 to 6000, HP is proportional
