Good old Colebrook & Burgess, demonstaritn gthei exceptionally high standards of customr service.... again!

Chrissy, best to ring them the day before like I do just to make sure they ahve all the equipment and time booked in to do the job, if they are not sure don't bet on it being done an reschedule. A pain in the asre yes but since they have the monopoly on this region its the only thing you can do.

I wonder if you'll get one of their customer service follow-up phone calls asking if you were 'highly delighted' with their service!

Any idea what this "special tool" is? My appointment was cancelled as well, at least they told me though, albeit at 5pm the day before...... They must be sharing tools again!

They told me the same, when they realised that an RS4 doesn't have a spare wheel. :bash:

Yes, they told me it's the mixer gun which mixes the two pack adhesive/foam together.

My dealer told me they haven't got the tool when I had just pulled up on my drive in their courtesy car after dropping mine off nice and early for them to do the work. You'd think they would check they've got everything they need to do the job wouldn't you?

Mines in Audi tomorrow morning, hope they have the right bloody tools to change the pads and sort this tyre pressure fault out. They are also checking out a suspicious looking damp patch on the front drivers shock. Hopefully, it won't be you know what, although I think it is.

Its a disgrace.........that you are allowing them to wash your car

On a serous note, nothing surprises me with Audi customer service, my worst experiences have all been with them.
