My girlfriend kindly picked me up from a party last night and then kindly proceeded to knock my nearside wing mirror off - well it's not actually off, it's hanging like a limp hand at the moment. I had a look at it last night and tried to pop it back on but I could barely stand let alone repair my car!!!

ANyway - how much pressure and what is the best way to get it back on without snapping anything????

Cheers from a hungover pissed off boyfriend!

I think it just pushes back on, only moderate pressure required.

Not a great design TBH but they look good...

I just knocked mine off 2 days ago accidentally and it took quite a lot of pressure and a bit of wiggling to get it back in. Just line up the 3 male bits into the slots and push firm, I didn't think it would go in but it did. Hope that helps.

That was the first mistake, letting her drive it :-)

You will need to apply more pressure than you think you should!

A cyclist clipped mine not so long ago and it took me ages to eventually get it back on.

You need to push it till the car moves sideways - mine (at least) need a load of force...
