I have bucket seats, and the drivers side has become very squeaky.
I have narrowed it down to the leg support closest to the door.
Car is under warranty, this shouldn't be happening, right ?

Mine was doing this - Audi changed the bolster under warranty.

Only problem i've with mine was when I fed the leather. This caused the seat belt lock to squeak when rubbing against the bolster but was easily solved.

Mev,
I put more felt type material on the inside of the belt lock (just like the stuff already on it but more!) and it seems to have done the trick.
p.s.
