Has anyone written to Audi conveying concerns over drc and enclosing either poll or updated list?
Has anyone received a reply?
What is the plan for the updated list?
We now have two very good sources of info to present to Audi, I have submitted the original poll and letter that i drafted but have not had any response, I will be writing another letter chasing the original and enclosing the revised list.
It would be good to know who has done what.

I have a list of RS6s with DRC issues and a year long email chain with Audi Customer Services and Audi UK Technical...... It all finished in a dead end with no replies to emails and no delivery to commited communications. It might be a good time to present this list too, but I would need to do this directly with Ausi as it contains data that should not be shared openly.

Hi Phil, it might be a good time to update the list for the RS6s, mine has had a complete DRC refit since your last survey, that makes SIX "fixes" in three years.

I sent Mr Hicks a letter 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing.

I had a reply from a Daniel Rigby despite sending letter to Jeremy Hicks --check my post on May 20th entitled "reply from Audi re shocks"

So is that it 3 letters gone after 26 odd people responded that they wanted to send a letter?
Well Audi will be shitting themselves
I can just see them now......"Have you seen the uproar on rs246 about drc? we better get our top bods on this because we are going to get sack fulls of post on Monday"

I got shot of mine last week (hence not contributing to the new thread). Went back and forth between solicitor but we both came to the conclusion that it just wasn't worth the hassle and expenditure if I wanted to take it all the way. I'll miss it in the short term, but that won't last long. Edition 30 GTI arriving next week for some cheaper fun.

I seny my letter off 19th May - no reply received as yet.

Letter went on Saturday. Getting a bit sick of Audi dealers etc as I've been waiting for 3 months to get 3 wheels THEY damaged, repaired or replaced. Bet if I damaged their loaner it'd be different! I'll let you know of any reply I receive although somehow I doubt it. Bry
