Think carefully before selling....

Post by mrdeli » Thu Mar 13, 2008 8:22 am

I sold my RS4 at the beginning of the week, mainly to release funds for my property renovation.....

Can i find anything to replace it with....nope.

Can't help feeling that maybe i should have kept her for another year - makes me realise what a truely superb car it was - in my opinion it's head and shoulders above anything else....

I bought a car from them some time back when they first started out, the car came direct from a UK main dealer and all in all was an excellent service.

I'm in the same boat - up and coming house project. Mine is a May '07 Avus Avant - 7000miles with all the usual options. I'm being offered Between 39k and 40k cash, and probably a bit more trade in. To swap to a vehicle costing up to 30k to free up a few quid, just isn't worth it. I think I have just about exhausted every internet broker site over the last 2 weeks. There is such a massive gulf in performance, quality, and the overall package that I'm finding myself now working out how to keep the car (use cheaper bricks!!). There just isn't anything out there that comes close I'm afraid.

It's true - but i thin your offer is poor - i got 43500 for my june 07 saloon from the trader buyer - woul have thought the avant would be worth a few quid more.
