Can you give us an idea of your driving style and extent of mechanical sympathy.

Don't know about RS4 clutches but if you launch, ride and generally do lots of very quick shifts, you cannot expect an OEM clutch to last very long, especially on a 4WD car.

Manufacturers make this a weak point intentionally as warranty claims for clutches are much cheaper than for gearboxes.

There was a problem on early RS4's where one of the pipes to the clutch was the wrong size causing the clutch to slip on rapid high rev gear changes and was replaced under warranty.

I have had my clutch replaced not under warranty though! Mine failed after doing a track day, and it was down to me really working the gears hard! I know that next time i am on the track i will be a lot more sympathetic with it!!!
Have they changed the fly wheel as well?

Need to check if the flywheel has got a blue colour to it which would indicate that it has got hot, if it has ask for it to be changed at the same time.
