Howdy Guys!

new RS4:

420hp, 6 piston caliper with a disc like brembo or movit, 100 kg less than a s4, 8500 rpm, 6 gear no smg or dsg or automatic, 19 inch optional, drc suspension new generation (was fitted in an old rs4 in hockenheim) maybe a lighter version at the end of production.

the pictures of the black audi at the nordschleife show a rs4 prototype with KE licenceplates. its not an abt car.

cheers
carl

if you want to have turbos, you can order them as an option. then they will put a set of turbo in your trunk.

:D

It's a sad day for RS4 fans.

Next thing you'll tell us is that it will have politically correct RS6 style wheel arches :(

Is it not a good day for the values of our current ones?

Why? Everyone knows it is coming. If it was turbo, I would cheer, but then it'd be bad news for B5 values. N/A will diminish it's appeal to some of us, who are accustomed to getting some extra torque and power with chips 'n exhausts.

Better still would be if it was just sedan, then B5 RS4 would really remain as the ultimate RS up-to-date. :)

Besides, these cars are hedonism, not investments

Let's hope the torque doesn't peak at 8,500 rpm like an M3!! :FIREdevil:
Looking forward to seeing an RS4 saloon :rocker:

Yep, backing up Carl, Autocar are using those photos of the black A4 and saying its the prototype RS, plus quoting the same engine and power figures...
