Spigot Rings - Wheel wobble and vibrations

Hello
Bit of a random one, but hopefully someone can help.
I have been experiencing wheel wobble and vibrations throughout the car (seats) mainly at 65-75mph.
I have had almost everything on the car checked - brakes, driveshafts, cv boots, bushes/mounts, spacers, wheels, tyres. I've even had road force balancing carried out yet the issue remains.
A very helpful chap who undertook the road force balancing brought to my attention, however, that it appears the centre bore of the wheel is not sitting completely true on the hub - there is (very minimal) movement when mounting the wheel on the hub. He suggests that this is likely a result of multiple refurbs of the wheels and that the centre bore has been enlarged/worn down slightly, resulting in this play.
He says that spigot rings will resolve this issue as they centre the wheel perfectly on the hub.
I have read that the OEM hub size for the B7 RS4 is 57.1mm. Through the multiple refurbs, this, I am told, may have widened slightly to say 57.5mm or 58.1mm (for example).
So, if my wheels are now 58.1mm centre bore due to refinishing and my hub is 57.1mm, I'd need 58.1 → 57.1 spigot rings.
My questions are:
a) has anyone experienced anything similar to this before?
b) how do I know what size spigot rings I'd need? Do I need to measure the 'new' centre bore diameter of each wheel? I can't understand how I'd be able to source spigot rings in such bespoke sizes say one wheel is now 57.4mm and another is 57.9mm - how would this work?
Appreciate any advice.
