Hey Guys,

My car has has been chewing through MAF sensors over the last 12 months. One minute it's driving perfectly fine and the next i get the traction/check engine lights on and the cars runs super rich. It brings up the implausible signal P0101 maf sensor fault code. Replacing the MAF and resetting the ECU fixes the problem instantly, the only problem is - the fault returns months later without warning. Getting tired of buying MAF sensors...

Has anyone else encountered this issue ? I cant be the only one.

Do you have the stock air filter?

Yes air filter is stock. There seem to be a few people that have had this issue in the past but none have mentioned it recurring once they have changed their maf. Bit of a tricky one.
