Intermittent Cold Start issue

Apologies if this has been covered before I have searched through many posts and haven’t found a similar issue.
As I haven’t been using my B7 as much over the past 2 years it picked up a couple of new issues.
I had to replace the battery despite being on a tender and my A/C pressure switch has now given up.

But to the issue, its developed a cold start issue, I replaced plugs and coil packs despite there being no codes being logged.

What happens a after a couple of days is I start the car as normal, and it will appear to be running ever so slightly rough I can rev in neutral and all seems well but if I put it in gear and attempt to pull away it struggles and cuts out.

Once restarted the car is 100% perfect.Like nothing happened

Any suggestions? M y immediate thought was MAF but id be surprised if this doesn’t show a code?
For reference I use a decent Launch OBD scanner that works with both ECU’s
