Misfire on idle

Morning folks, car is in garage for a misfire on idle, the car drives ok just on idle very rough also a bit smokey on left Bank. On checking this is the fault code that has come up and if this is what I think it could be looks like a engine out job? has any one come across this before any info much appreciated.

You need to get someone who knows these cars to look at it, could be a number of things.
