Engine Repair

Hi gurus, I am looking for some advice on how to repair my engine after a "minor freak incident"! One of the intake manifold flap screws came out at about 1200 RPM as I was slowing down to turn into work one morning and has gone through No 5 cylinder. I am pretty sure the cylinder head can be repaired and the piston replaced, but the bore is scored, and this is where I am sure the debate will begin. I have read that this is an AluSil cylinder block, the wall thickness between cylinders will not allow for sleeving and I believe you cannot rebore the cylinder oversize, (do you even get oversize pistons and can you use 1 oversize piston with 7 standard pistons?), so what do you do?
Is NikaSil plating that cylinder an option? I am currently living in South Africa, stuck here with my beloved RS4 as we are not able to return home (to the UK) because of the pandemic, and repair options here are limited to say the least, second hand parts for the RS4 are stupidly expensive here cos of the exclusivity of it in SA, was considering bringing parts in from the UK, but obviously only if the block is repairable.
Any advice on what to do with the bock and where to procure parts would be greatly appreciated.
Hope you guys can help, thanx in advance.
Graham
