Hi All

My B7 is currently in for some electrical gremlins, throwing up lots of short codes , not starting etc believed to be a short.

They are unable to get wiring diagrams from Autodata so i have been trying to track them down but haven't been able to get Elsawin working.

Does anyone have these they can send me?

Thanks

Have a look here - viewtopic.php?t=131456

Kenny147 kindly posted up a link.
There's wiring diagrams at the end of the manual.

Keep us updated with your progress.

I'd be interested to see what your garage find out re: potential short issue.
There's been a few on here with intermittent starting problems so would be good if you could update this thread accordingly please.

Do you have the codes that were showing?

Stupidly i cleared all codes first, this is what i got immediately afterwards.

They are saying there is more codes with the kit they use.

Unfortunately we are still struggling to trace this issue, does anyone have any suggestions on what could possibly be the cause?

Apparently a "15 AMP" fuse blows once you turn the key, i will get some more info on this.

Suggestions would be appreciated.

When you say 'fuse blows once you turn the key' - is this before pressing the start button?
If so, that would suggest its not a starting issue as such.

More info the better really..

Cheers
