You got a bargain, the PS4S are showing as £200 a corner now.

Blimey, I paid 161 each. With delivery and a discount code it came to 616.

We seem to be getting confused between PS4 and PS4S; very different beasts.

Absolutely, I had a set of PSS fitted today and was torn between them or the PS4S. That's why I knew the price lol

PS4 = Single compound
PS4s = Dual compound

So I have PSS all round at the minute but will require 2 rears soon. Should I stick with PSS or are the PS4S even better? Have to say I love the PSS's.

I think PS4S is better, the dual compound really works, very noticeable improvement in cornering and wet grip over the superb PSS.
Not sure I'd want to mix them so change all 4, though my spare is actually a PSS.
I had PSS on 20's my S8 for summer use for a few years and from last year had PS4S - winter (as now) on Pirelli Sottozero on 18's.
