Well what can i say. I am so glad i have gone for this alarm it does what i want and it extremely advanced. I am not worryed about the car being knicked "unless put on a trailer"
From the start to finish from talking with sarah in the office who knows her stuff right throw to anthony traveling from bristol in his RS7 to install it. He never rushed it and had the time to chat. Left him alone to fit the system.
If you want one fitted i would first call them before anyone else. I wanted a clifford but as you know went with this system after chatting to various fitters

Mines a love hate relationship at the moment. Antony promised to come sort it out. Hope he’s true to his word as it’s driving me nuts with false alarms

Mine has the tags. Think there reason for a lot of my false alarms. About 11 today. Think the tags are slow to pick up the main unit so unlocking the car the pandora is still armed. My system uses the factory key. Also having issues with the app going off line.

It’s a good system but it’s not yet reliable. Mine was fitted a month ago and I sorted one issue myself but they promised to come sort it out in two weeks. It’s now a month+ The ghost is a waste of money. Most companies are dropping it as it’s. Ridiculous easy to defeat.

Mine has been great since the false alarms. Adjusted the shock sensors to 50 and the other to 30 and it has been fine. Also using the standard remote now. Put the pandora one away.
So hopfully all is well. Still made the right choice and the customer sopport from anthony is brilliant.

How far from the car does your phone app work? Im sitting about 10m away with a few walls between and mine doesn't but I'm not sure if it should. I'm guessing it needs clear line of sight? I clearly don't know how the app works, it doesn't seem to unlock the car unless im standing next to it with the tag where I thought you could do it from distance.
I'm looking forward to the old remote start when the weather deteriorates!

The app works from anywhere in the world. Sarah emailed me to say Pandora are working on the app and that maybe a reason for it going offline

Mine only works within bluetooth distance. Inwent for the silvet oackage so mine will be different. I have spoken to ant today and been given his personal number. With false alarms i am having. Disabled the shock sensors today and he is returning new year to relocate the sensor. Said some cars. Have things still active ie vents closing which could trigger the sensor at different times. Who knows lets see what happens

This system sounds like it needed far more development before being brought to market.

Totally agree Sam. I’m glad I went with what I did instead of this.
