Ok.....struggling writing this as I feel sick!
Tonight, after getting my car MOTD yesterday (haven't driven it for well over a month) I did this!!!
I think I'm looking at a replacement bumper. Anyone has work like this fixed? I don't like the idea of filler!
Of to cut my wrists!

Feel for you mate, not to hard to repair though. Parking sensors not working or just a lack of concentration?

Use as an excuse to upgrade mate. Selling a bumper with carbon diffuser preinstalled... Let me know if you're interested

OH NO!!!!! F**K!! What happened?? I feel sorry for you mate but doesn't look like it will be too difficult to fix up. I used a company here in London to do my front bumper if you want me to pull up the details.

Haha yes bud, and the guy who makes them has vanished off the face of the earth now, so these are now a rare commodity

My wife reversed into our garden wall and did very similar damage to yours! Took it to a place in Grantham called JCC, charged me £300 to put it right, resprayed complete rear bumper.

Ouch!!!
I paid £300-£350 from memory for a rear bumper respray (at C&P Panelcraft). It just had a small scuff though, not much to repair.
Have a look on here if you need pointers on a bodyshop close to you

Thanks guys.
It was a concrete ball laying in some grass. I didn't see it, the sensors didn't see it.
It was due to have the front end painted anyway so I'll have to get the back done at the same time now. Frustrating but not the end of the world by the sounds of it. It was so close too being immaculate too.
Thanks for the offer of the bumper. At the moment I'm going to see what they can do with what I have.
Was going to Surrey Car Meet on Sunday. I may still go and just keep it out the way
