My spare set have: 8E0 601 025 AG stamped on them.

G not a 6 as previously thought at the end.

I have some pictures of a set with winter tyres that i bought recently (attached).
I have 8E0 601 025 AG and 8E0 601 025 BE, but what I found while I was searching for my winter set was that only the standard 19" x 9" 7-double spoke rim has an offset of 29 (ET 29). Most copies, or rims from the standard A4, A6, TT etc. have a offset of ET35 to ET55.

Online, its sometimes not so easy to see, but the standard wheel is quite concave looking.
