New car - well 3 weeks now

So after owning the same S4 for 13 years, I finally decided to take the plunge and buy a new car. Been hankering after a new car for some years but could not justify the outlay especially as I only do around 2k miles a year in it.
Found an RS4 Avant on Autotrader over Easter and suddenly wanted to make the change. Spoke to the chap selling it a number of times and Facetimed. The car was 150 miles away so wanted to make sure it was worth travelling to look at and if as described and all mechanically sound I would purchase it there and then. Took a train to meet him, booked a one way ticket and got a bankers draft from the bank as soon as I got there before seeing the car.
Thankfully, all seemed okay. It needed a good clean, and there were a few areas for improvement but nothing that I wasn't prepared to invest a little bit of time and money in. I allowed for a few k in reserve to bring it up to how I wanted. It drive great, mechanically sound which is the main point.
Since having it I have given it a full paint correction, its had some new paint in its time but I guess not to be expected. At least it has no stone chips. Changed the centre console to remove the factor radio fitting, changed the expansion tank and replaced a few bits of tired looking trim. Its now in my local garage for a full service and the wheels are away for a refurb. Hoping to get it back on Monday.
I am over the moon with it. It is immense to drive and I am certainly not disappointed.
Needless to say, there will be a B5 S4 for sale soon if anyone is interested.
