iPhone connectivity

What is everyone using to connect their iPhone. I guess there are two parts to this:
1. Bluetooth (phone only, not for music)
2. Music
I had the OEM Bluetooth set up in my S4 and my RS has a Kufatec system which seem to work exactly the same. I am happy with this other than the non OEM microphone. I may change it for the OEM system at some point.
I have the AUX cable which I connect my phone to at the moment but the the quality and volume is crap.
In my A4 I have an iPhone cable from a company called Dension, this I assume uses the CD changer input as it shows as a cd track when you select media and play it. It shows the track name on the dash and you can next track from the steering wheel or stereo.
I have the CD changer in the RS but I can't be bothered to keep burning CD's, that's why Spotify and Apple Music are so good, listen to what you want when you want. You can stream via Bluetooth using the Kufatec but the quality is embarrassing.
So what is everyone else doing to connect and listen to music from their phones?
