Mpg & Oil Usage?

What kind of mpg are you guys getting?
My saloon has a full Miltek, unsure if its mapped..
I averaged 17mpg on the way back from scotland all motorway - very spirited drive back..from 2 tanks and i got 430miles.
Local driving i seem to be averaging 16mpg..mixture of steady and quick accelerations...
Tried to drive slow near and under 400prpm..as painfull as that was managed 22mpg..dropping to 19mpg..
A tank £70 seems to be giving me 220miles..
My 911 3.8s gave me the same mileage for £60
Unsure if the car needs a carbon clean though it does pull very well..i do get puffs of smoke..
Is this consumption normal...or could something be wrong and needs fixing?
Whats the oil usage like for these car?
Thanks

I usually get about 20, upto 24 on a motorway run but don't really care what it gets as I didn't buy it for that reason

Puffs of smoke when driving the car hard is normal.
What mileage has it done?

220 to a tank is what I get with mixed driving. It will use a lot more on short journeys when it's no up to temp. As for oil, mine uses very little and I've not had to top it up in 4000 miles but some report using a lot.

Wow. Long term average on the trip is 20.7mpg, averaged 25.6mpg on the way back from Loughborough on A roads and the motorway... 170ish miles to half a tank. Only use V Power Nitro Plus... and I'm aware being 27 is a massive police magnet so I limit the spirited driving

They generally don't use any oil when the oil is still fresh. After about 6000 miles on the same oil it starts to burn it quicker and quicker. So normally no top up required for 6 months or so after a service.

Think mines averaging about 20 mpg mixed driving.
Used about 3 quarters of a litre of oil though in 4000 miles.

Ditto to this comment for fuel and oil.

Iv been chatting to Opie Oils today to order myself 20liters ready for next service and top ups. They recommend a 5w 40 if you are seeing alot of oil use in the rs4. I think im going to order the : Fuchs Titan Race Pro S 5W-40 Ester Fully Synthetic, has anybody used this?
He also mentioned he has a god local customer who uses 1 liter every couple thousand miles.
