Good morning guys, I'm about to paint the car and I'm considering changing the color or not.
I would like to collect opinions. There are 3 options.
1 ° keep original color imola yellow
2 ° Ipanema Brown
3 ° jazz brown

In all cases it would probably be with mirrors in anthracite and grille in black gloss (as the titanium package)

1° IMOLA YELLOW

As much as i love that ipanema brown i would say keep it yellow as if thats what it came like from the factory and not been sprayed before then its very rare

Wrap it in any of those colours!

1. It's cheaper
2. You can change it back

I don't like either of the brown colours and I think will really make it difficult to sell.
Is that a photo of your actual Imola car? I see it a lot on Instagram.

So I see it is gaining hold of yellow color. The one in the photo is not mine. The mine is this ....

I intend to paint mirrors in anthracite gray, black grill, add a front lip, black headlights, add rs logo on rear callipers and paint the brake calipers (gray as performance or green as the photo) (the green thought if the color chosen was Imola)

Or maybe black mirrors too?

PS you car is much better looking in yellow. How about changing it to a very slightly different shade of yellow or pearlescent version?

The mirrors in black could be, but I prefer in anthracita because they came standard. Or the mirrors in black came standard too? What other color did you think?

Sorry for my english, but I use translator.

I love the 2nd one, that colour is stunning. The thing is you have a gorgeous and rare car now, if it was me and i wanted a car to paint id sell yours as it will command a strong price and then buy one that maybe needs bit of TLC and add value to it. Either that or find a colour you like in a wrap.

If this car was any other colour I would say go for it but this is the rarest colour. I don't like the yellow but I still wouldn't change it. You touched on something earlier, you want the mirrors anthracite as that's how they came from factory, that's exactly why you shouldn't over spray the yellow. I love the browns and can see what you are doing. Maybe sell it in yellow and buy one in a less desirable colour then change it.

You've definitely got the wrong car to be planning a full colour change on, Imola is very rare (although maybe there are more in France?). As said above, if you must, then either wrap it in whatever colour you like or sell this one on and buy a cheap RS4 to heavily modify.

Your car looks great as it is.
