I am in talks with a garage to possibly upgrade my RS4 to a RS6 2013 model....

Anyone know of a good home for my RS4 avant in Misano Red ?

Full Audi service history, just serviced by ourselves (http://www.sportsandclassic.com) not technically due yet.

Has just had in the last 1K miles-

Full set of Michelin PS3 tyres
4 wheel alignment
Front lower suspension arms replaced
5mm rear spacer kit
Rear spring set as 1 snapped
Brake discs and pads all round
Brake fluid service
Major service including engine oil, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs and pollen filter
Wiper blade set
New clutch kit
New dual mass flywheel
New clutch slave cylinder
New clutch slave pipework
pre-cats gutted
Milltek resonated (Quieter) sports exhaust with sports valves (Been on 6 months)
MRC re-map 390BHP (Needs Carbon Clean) This should then increase to 430BHP according to MRC

Has had additional water cooler radiator replaced as weeping coolant.

Car is in excellent condition and has been detailed around 12 months ago.

I have owned it 18 months and it has wanted for nothing, I almost changed it prior to doing this work but decided to hold onto it but the RS6 is looking like a fantastic deal.
Has not got carbon pack or black pack.
Car has covered roughly 54k miles. Has got the Audi wingback bucket seats.

Any help would be appreciated as I don't just want to give it away.

Any ideas what the car is worth ?
