RS4 take 2

Post by Jules » Fri Oct 28, 2016 9:36 am

Right as mentioned I now have a b7 rs4 Avant.
I had no intention to buy another till in Holland 2 weeks ago when I was at a show with my b5 widebody.
I had a friend come to see me in his black insanely low avant on black 20" rs5 rotors.

We went out and it wasn't long and im soon thinking damn I do miss having one of these lol.

Anyway 7 days later I bought another and plan to do a few things to it.

First mod was purchased last night being a dtm front carbon splitter and I'm sure more to come.

The car has air fitted, a decat and milltek exhaust with mrc stage 2.

I am usually terrible adding pics on forums but will try and keep on top of this.

Also my widebody b5 so you can see how far I can mess a car up lol. again though this was purely done for impact and my favourite look was when it was all
black.

Come on, we want an interior shot of the widebody too.

Looking forward to seeing what you do with the B7.

I so wanted that fatbody - guess I'll just have to eat more now.

I assume you've warned that poor B7 about the impending surgery? Poor thing doesn't know what's coming.

I just stumbled across it on ebay and hoping it arrives today undamaged lol.

I've also ordered a new interior mirror and roof aerial to replace the carbon
ones.

Well first parts are starting to arrive, dtm carbon splitter, sharkfin arial and interior mirror and I have roof bars and pillars on route.
I have also sent off for my private plate to be assigned and am sorting some 20s for next week.

Ignore the strut brace that's for an imola tt I'm currently building for a daily.

I'm having a mess with this also and still lots to do, had it for 2 months but already fitted air, 19" alloys, fmic, ramiar filter and 3" cuctom
turbo back exhaust, flatshift and launch control. Cobra buckets and r8 steering wheel and tints so no one can see me driving it lol. V6 front bumper and us rear bumper next.
Mad that its pretty much as quick as the b7

Ok well last thing I wanted to be doing was working in 4 degrees on a sunday in the rain but that happened.

Removed roof lining to access roof rails and aerial, both now swapped for original audi with no carbon.
Removed wing mirrors and have thrown some normal b7 ones on while I refinish some new ones I got.
Rear window c pillars swapped, damn what a pain in the butt for 2 screws its crazy almost having to
remove the whole window frame.
Then I started removing the custom carbon inside for oem carbon.
Armrest also ordered.

Ive put the roof lining back in but all the red alcantara will also be going.
Interior leds also fitted along with some 20x10 OZ's I had.

You can tell how the arches have been pulled especially the fronts which I love.
Excuse the terrible iPhone pics
