Yes as above. He can also fit a GPS module so you can monitor your car from anywhere in the world and lock on unlock it remotely. If you have the remote start too it can start your car for you at a set time in the morning or evening so it is warm / cool as soon as you get in.

Can you have that with the push button start? Mine says to press clutch in before starting?

Yeah same question, can it bypass the clutch thing? Remote start with out clutch pedal?

I normally need to press brake pedal on my 6 to start the car but I have remote start and it works so I imagine the same will apply for the 4 as there is a manual transmission mode which I'm guessing checks it is in neutral before firing up the starter motor.

Viper instructions

Assuming you have a newer remote start system that has manual transmission compatibility you can use the following process to enable the vehicle to remote start:
Park your vehicle and put the gear shift into neutral
Apply the emergency brake and release the foot brake
Activate remote start while the car is running off the key
After a few seconds have passed, remove the key from the cylinder and the car will continue to run
Exit the vehicle
Arm the vehicle
The vehicle will shut down upon arming and will be able to remote start as many times as you want until a door is opened or the alarm is triggered

But the alarm package is £550.
£150 for the remote start
£400 for the GPS app plus £100 subscription per year for the online part to work (which does loads of things, check out the website or google viper smart start gps). You can always add this at a later date if you wish.
All prices include fitting although if you want it fitted at your house then that starts from £55 depending on how far he has to travel.

Yes we have fitted systems know to hundreds of customers Audi RS4s. As these cars are being attacked for their seats we have design a system which stops them taking the car through key cloning and attacking for the seats.

Below is our full Vw Audi Group (VAG) Upgrade Viper package information and price list;

Over the past 12 months we have seen a large surge in the number of VAG and BMW’s stolen through key cloning across the UK. To achieve this thieves first utilize your factory alarm’s black spot by smashing the corner of the drivers door window to gain access without triggering the factory alarm. The cars OBD port is then accessed, a specialist hand held key cloning device is plugged in and within seconds a new key to your car is programmed. The thief then simply unlocks the car with the new key, starts the car and drives off. Currently the most predominant areas targeted are Essex, London/greater London, Northampton and Birmingham.

With over 15 years experience, we have specially designed a system no other company in the UK offers which has been tried and tested by us in house. Our specialist canbus modules work by piggy backing onto your cars complex digital electrical system and therefore your VW AUDI warranty is NOT affected.

What makes Secure My Car unique?
We've also designed an OBD port immobiliser which activates only when the Viper alarm is armed. With VW AUDI firmware installed onto the alarm, the Viper system independently immobilises and communicates digitally to the car so you won’t be able to deactivate the Viper system or start the car with your original VW AUDI remote, rendering key cloning or theft of keys void. When disarmed the OBD port is open and free to use for diagnostics which will not affect your vehicles electrics whether factory fitted or after-market.

What sensors does this package include?
Firstly, a dual motion sensor which beeps to ‘warn away’ anyone from the vehicle, covering the all important black spot in your VW AUDI OEM system. Secondly, an impact sensor which activates the alarm if the car is hit in anyway. There is an option to add further sensors which are detailed below.

How does it sound?
Featuring a fully adjustable 1-6 tone cycle siren, the Viper system is much louder than your factory alarm, at a whopping 120db!

Do I receive a separate remote?
We include a 2-way 2000 foot range LED paging key fob. If your system is activated the pager will beep and flash according to which zone has been triggered and will also confirm your commands virtually instantly using the GhostLight™ LED structure. Range can be upgraded to our 1 mile LCD remote if required.
