Maybe you could start with the exhaust flaps and work your way back? It all can be done on vehicle idle I believe. If you have a slightly split hose then your readings will be out. The 2 flaps on the exhaust should definitely read the same. Problem is because I don't own one yet I don't know what else runs off the the vacuum system. I assume the inlet runners do but you had them mapped out? Someone else would need to clarify mate. If the fault can't be reset this usually means there's an electrical circuit fault or issues with the software. There could be a throttle resetting procedure via Vagcom but I'm not sure mate
