Water leak - advice needed

Hi guys, I've had the bumper off this morning and found a leak just in front of the passenger wheel. It looks like water, it's been leaking since I got the car a couple of months ago but just assumed it was the AC. One of the hoses has surface cracks so will need replacing so wondering firstly what it is and part numbers for hose and T connection.

Red is the cracked hose and blue the source of the leak.

That's your washer bottle and the circuit which is leaking is the headlight washer circuit.

The washer is split into 2 halves, the top bit just sits on the lower bit. Make sure it is seated properly.
