In his signature dude. Lol, and his post above.
Re: oem ride hight with spacers pic request
8mm spacers front and 10mm rear. Standard suspension (non ss+). Standard wheel and tyre size. Heavy amps and sub in boot. It needed the front lowering badly. I think my DRC may have gone back then too.

Mike, mine sits like yours, higher at the front. the spacers help and make it look much better.
Re: oem ride hight with spacers pic request
Yeah they all naturally sit lower at the rear but mine was exaggerated by heavy install in boot.

The standard ride height at the front bugged me when I got mine - just too high - whilst the rear height was fine. A set of spacers (10mm rear/8mm front) improved the looks but I fitted a KW adjustable spring kit earlier this year which has got the ride height spot on now (like Mike Fish's).
Misano Red B7 RS4 Avant. 20" Rotors. KW adjustable spring kit. 8 & 10mm H&R spacers. MRC Stage 2 remap. Pre-cat delete & x-pipe.

Does the DRC cause problems fitting the adjustable springs? do you need to drop the struts right out?Audi Pardner wrote:The standard ride height at the front bugged me when I got mine - just too high - whilst the rear height was fine. No problems with DRC. The adjustable springs can be fitted without a recharge of the DRC so I assume they dont need to come out.

This^^^. I didn't need to remove mine, though the fitting was a bit of a b*****d (see my posting history for details). I did it at a mate's garage with a 4-post ramp. I couldn't have done it at home without a real struggle.MikeFish wrote:No problems with DRC. The adjustable springs can be fitted without a recharge of the DRC so I assume they dont need to come out.
