EVAP Emissions Control?

My RS4 is now throwing a check engine light for:

1109 1 P0455 EVAP Emissions Contr. Sys (Gross Leak) Leak Detected (Upper limit exceeded static)

1089 2 P0441 EVAP Emissions Contr. Sys. Incorrect Purge Flow (Lower limit not reached static)


My gas cap is securely fastened. I have noticed under load intermittently, the car will surge and release like I am stabbing at the throttle and lifting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
