For the third time a key of my RS4 broke, the remote part that doesn't work anymore.

Is it possible to replace 8E0837220K with 8E0837220Q? Both work on 433Mhz so I think it should work.
Its as far as I understood 8E0837220K that tends to brake down..

Experience/advice?
