Re: No power, running rich?
Thats only engine bank 2.
To do a full scan, from main screen, select auto scan - select chassis - start
Did you record the codes before you cleared last time?

Re: No power, running rich?
Will do that now mate. No I didn't record them last time, wasn't really thinking.
Re: No power, running rich?
Didn't realise there was as many other faults with things. Then again it is on vcar! That's a full scan like you said.

Re: No power, running rich?
Nothing related to engine issues there, even your misfires are gone now so you must have done a clear since then.
It's always best to copy codes before clearing as then you can reference them afterwards.
Have you done a readiness test for the lambda system in basic settings

Re: No power, running rich?
Looking at Ebay ad, your main cats sensor location has been changed to now being post main cat. This should stop any errors occuring, as long as you have wired it accordingly. So pre cars lambda still in the same place, pre main cat lambda now located post main cat.
By doing this the lambdas should have an air flow difference, which should stop EML coming on.

I haven't done a readiness test. When I go into basic settings and click the drop down menu which one do I want to select?RS4_Ollie wrote:Nothing related to engine issues there, even your misfires are gone now so you must have done a clear since then.

Re: No power, running rich?
Work your way through the Lambda related ones. You will also have to do bank 2
Re: No power, running rich?
Gone through all of them and the only thing that looks different is the voltage for sensor 2 in bank 1. Bank 2 reads 0.950v and bank 1 reads 0.02v. Is that likely to be the cause? Cars getting new sensors fitted on Thursday so hopefully that will be it.
Re: No power, running rich?
Did you run the tests by pushing the brake and throttle together?
Re: No power, running rich?
No didn't do that, not sure how to use it all to be honest mate. How do I do that? Sorry to sound stupid.
Re: No power, running rich?
Go to the particular test you want to do in basic settings, click the button at the top to turn on basic settings, press the brake and keep depressed then press the accelerator and keep down. The revs will rise and hold, test on should be displayed, keep pressing peddles until system ok (if system is ok)
Re: No power, running rich?
Fitted new rear sensors today and it's running lovely just now. Hopefully that's it fixed, no fault codes as of yet. Thanks for your help.
Re: No power, running rich?
