2 years of ownership

Well it's been 2 years to the date I purchased my B7 RS4 Sprint blue saloon. 57 plate late registered model purchased it had 48k miles. It's now done 67k miles. And in the past 2 yrs I've done the following.

It had a full paint correction with ceramic coating a month after purchase. Since then I've done all detailing myself.
I gave it a full service in January last year all oils plugs & filters. Also fitted was goodridge braided brake lines, EBC red stuff pads front & back.
Full cat back milltek was fitted also.
April last year I took it to the ring. Covered 1000+ miles and did 4 laps of the ring. Car never missed a beat. That's including an indicated speed of 170mph on the autobahn
After my ring trip the front discs took a hammering so I had these skimmed by a localish guy I know and full braking performance was restored, also fitted yellow stuff pads at the same time.
CAF was done also summer last year, and fitted a piper cross panel filter, since then I've done a further 4 CAF's to various mates up here in Aberdeen.
October last year noticed clutch peddle starting to stick when I was giving the car some boot, so ordered full OEM parts including fly. Took the car to my cousins garage and changed the clutch.

Changed the appearance late last year with Matt black wrap on the optics & satin black wheels. Which gave the car a better look.
Last month car passed its MOT with no issues however I did have an oil leak from the oil cooler pipes at the engine Block under the belt tensioner, this turned out to be orings which I sourced via a mate direct from the manufacturer at a cost of £12 for 100 items where Audi charge £72 for 2 orings

This weekend I've removed the DRC and fitted Bilstien B16 coilovers complimented with H&R updated ARBs and today I've spent most of it fine tuning the ride height so I could refit my H&R spacers. 10mm on front & 15mm on rear.

Not sure what's next on the cards I'd like to go stage 2 at MRC I recently ran at a RR day we organised in Aberdeen and was happy with my power figures of 385bhp 292lbs/ft

Some pics below before and after.

Good write up, it just shows that with a good starting point and maintenance these cars are fairly bullet proof.

Thanks for sharing.

Looks awesome mate, honestly think the car looks ten times better with the right stance. how did you enjoy the Ring? i said i would take mine there once, and when i got home i had to go back so went back 6 weeks later and now i'm currently planning my 5th trip there haha. the Stage 2 also takes off the speed limiter so you can go a bit faster on the Bahn :)

Thanks fella.

Mud flaps are eBay ones. I had them fitted to my S4 then took them off when I traded it for the RS

Update.

Car left on a transporter last Friday.... Destination MRC.

It arrived Tuesday afternoon around 5pm as I booked it in for stage 2..... The guys did a sterling job
Flew down on Friday morning from ABERDEEN to Birmingham then got the train to Banbury. Handy that MRC are 10min walk from Banbury train station.
Car was treated to stage 2 map after having the pre cats gutted, decoke done, manifold deflapped as well.
Doug mentioned that carbon build up was average, first time it's been done as well. It performed ok with 381ps for the health check run. Then after the work had been carried out it ran 438ps

Throttle response is brilliant now power band is coming in just after 3k rpm. The drive back to ABERDEEN was most enjoyable. Apart from speed cameras on just about every gantry on the M6 and the bloody road works
Car has a deeper rumble now with the pre cats being gutted
